We appreciate your business!

So that we can best serve all our clients, please be advised of these policies before your appointments, and familiarize yourself with the Studio Guidelines as well.

We accept the following forms of payment:

Cash

Venmo

Credit/Debit Cards

Apple & Google Pay

ARRIVAL TIME

Please aim to arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. If you arrive after your scheduled  appointment time, it may not be possible to extend the time available for your booked service; if your service is shortened due to your late arrival, you will still be charged the full cost of the service.

CHANGING & RESCHEDULING YOUR APPOINTMENT

24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a booked appointment. The card on file may be charged a fee of $25 if the booked appointment is cancelled or rescheduled within the 24 hour window.  If you No-Show your scheduled appointment, the card on file will be charged a fee up to 100% of the scheduled appointment cost.

SICKNESS OR FAMILY EMERGENCY

If you, or another person in your household, has an infectious or contagious illness, please contact us as soon  as possible to reschedule your appointment for a later date. There is no penalty or time frame required in this case, for your safety and that of other clients. However, we reserve the right to refuse future services if we feel the client is abusing the policy.
 

**Also, while I'm in the treatment room, I keep my phone on "Do Not Disturb" so it does not interrupt the time each client is paying for. If you try getting a hold of me to let me know you are running behind, most likely I will not see it in time.
